Tshidzimba tsha Musalauno

Tshidzimba ndi zwiḽiwa zwa Venḓa zwo pfumaho nga protein zwa mavhele, ṋawa na nḓuhu.

Kha heyi resipi, matamatisi na tsheri o kadzindiwaho na nyala tswuku dzo caramaliziwaho zwo engedzwa kha kubikele kwa Tshidzimba .

Thimbanywa:

125ml (1⁄2 khaphu) ya ṋawa dza swigiri dzo omiswaho

250ml (khaphu nthihi) mavhele

5ml (lebula ḽithihi) ya muṋo

125ml (1⁄2 khaphu) nḓuhu dzi songo bikwaho

Nyala nthihi  yo tshetshelelwaho

3 cloves ya gaḽiki, yo tshetshelelwaho zwavhuḓi

30ml (2 lebula) ya mapfura a oḽivi

Muṋo na phepha .

15ml (lebula ḽithihi) batha

30ml (lebula ḽivhili) phasili

250ml (khaphu nthihi) ya matamatisi a tsheri o gotshiwaho oveni

125ml (1⁄2 khaphu) ya nyala tswuku yo caramalaiziwaho ya u  khavhisa

Maitele:

1)       U fanela u ṱanzwa ṋawa na mavhele zwo fhambana wa zwi vhea kha ndilo dzo fhambanaho vhusiku hoṱhe. U bvisa maḓi na u a tevhula.

2)       U vhea dzi ṋawa na mavhele  kha khali, wa shela lithara dza 1.5  dza maḓi wa zwi vhilisa. vha fhungudze mulilo vha vhilisa lwa awara tharu.

Vha engedze maḓi arali zwi tshi khou ṱoḓea – vha songo tendela mavhele na ṋawa zwi tshi nambatela kha khali nga mulandu wa u shaya maḓi

3)       Vha kadzinge  nḓuhu kha pani ya u fhisa kana kha oveni ya 180°C u swika I tshi vha na buraweni ya musuku.

4)       Vha pange   nyala na gaḽiki kha mapfura a oḽivi.

5)       Vha bvise madi vha  ṱanzwa ṋawa dzo bikiwaho na mavhele.

6)       Vha shele   nyala na gaḽiki zwe vha zwi tanganyisa, na nḓuhu dzo gotshiwaho, kha dzi ṋawa  na mavhele.

Vha tanganyise zwavhudi, vha shele zwipasisi  zwo linganelanaho vha dovhe hafhu vha  shele batha na  pasili

Vha zwi avhele zwi  tshi  fhisa, vha  vhee  matamatisi o gotshiwaho kha oveni na onion yo caramalaiziwaho nga nṱha .
